Job Brief

A Systems Engineer engages in our project to carry on implementation, configuration and stabilization of IT infrastructure components and services.

Systems Engineers should know how each component works and also become experts in their areas of expertise, they are highly skilled in implementing systems including operating system and platform configuration and account setup, and operational systems.

Apart from possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, these engineers should have solid verbal and written communication skills. The engineer should be able to work calmly when under pressure.

They should also be good team players. A System engineer should take responsibility for all technical issues.

Technical Responsibilities: –

• Conduct envisioning sessions.
• Develop initial design and recommendations and support in advanced design development.
• Review all redeployment requirements availability.
• Deployment and implementation of the components in their area of expertise.
• Testing, Fine-tuning and stabilizing the deployed systems.
• Documentation of implementation steps and configuration.
• Support in Presales Activities including POCs, Pilots, and Technical Proposal development

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree .
• Proven work experience in IT operations
• Expertise in supporting large-scale distributed systems

Skills:

• Good English.
• Able to work under stress.
• Customer Oriented.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Able to work on shift Basis.
• Working knowledge of operating systems; hardware servers and storage, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, and virtualization
• Technical Certification is a plus.
• Analytical Skills and attention to details.
• Self-motivation and willingness to learn;
